There is no race of feminists. Every woman is a feminist, they just don't all take it to the levels that most people think of when they think of that word. I appriciate the argument. I agree that you can be a feminist without being very extreme, or radical, as I would label myself, but that the comparison to Nazi is still unwelcome. And our " punishment" for speaking out against us does not end in gas chambers.

It can be argued that even though these women are "granted" the freedom to do certain things, through family opposition and peer pressures from religious groups and beliefs of friends, that they are not socially able to see past those boundaries that have been previously set up for them by men.

I'm sorry to jump back in so late (I was interrupted to shower), but I'd classify feminazi as a perfectly applicable term for a feminist who physically and verbally abuses men on basis of their sex alone. If you haven't seen that happen, I'm glad that it hasn't been everywhere.

yeah that's why I said that that term was way too strong. They are just...brought up to only think that that way of life is correct. They are certainly physically able to think that they can get away from that lifestyle, but for many women in those types of situations, it becomes a safety risk to stand up for their rights.

Yes brainwashing is definitely too strong a word, but I still don't agree with the sentiment entirely. I know what's out there, and I choose what I want because I want to. I don't want to go move away and grow my own crops, although I do wish I had more time to sew my own clothes. While I do, in fact, make a lot of my own clothes, there's not enough time to create a whole wardrobe :)

That's bad too, and I'm not going to support it, I'm simply saying that there are women who take early-Nazi tactics as their own. Whether there are men who do that, I'd still say that feminazi stands for the folks who feel that they can empower themselves through hurting me. I mean, seriously, I'm hardly a representation of the male dominant stereotype.
